I picked up one at IKEA. If you have a local Barnes & Nobles they have them too.

If you buy online, Dick Blick's is a good source. They even have life size ones.

*Bear in mind their return policy does not apply if your woody was damaged by soaking it in a flammable liquid and lighting it on fire. ...but I have found that to be a common policy everywhere I have bought one.

I guess that means I shouldn't buy from them and I'll have to find something better to do in my free time...

Don't you have to experience asking the youngest male salesperson where the woodies are? I thought that was a given.

You just don't get any reaction ordering online.

;o)

whats the most youve spent on a woody

i dont know why but as of right now, I am fascinated with those darn woodies!

All told, I've probably spent about $150 on quite a few of them. I have destroyed many Many have died of natural causes and I have given many of them away to fellow DPCers. The most expensive single one I bought was under $15 I think. I tought about buying one of the larger ones on DickBlick's site, but then I thought - what would I do with a twenty-six inch woody???

ETA: Why haven't you made a book of these?? Seriously! If reasonably priced, I am sure you might just make a little profit :)
