What kind of web (??) or what kind of insect(s) could make such a large web? The bush sits between the median of a road in a local park. It's size is approx 10'W x 30'L x 4 1/2'H.
I have lived around here all my life and never seen this. Does anyone know?

I've seen one just like that before but I can't remember what I was told the spider was. I will try and find out later for you.
