I am a fan of Digital Image Cafe
(Disclaimer - I used to own that site... {grin})
There are many DPChallenge folks who are members there as well. And you can use your entries here as entries over there.

I entered an online photo contest by Outdoor Photographer Magazine. The grand prize was for a trip for two to Kenya.
I didn't win but I did receive Honorable Mention for this photo. . . 
Here is the link to the Honorable Mention photos. My entry can be found in the Wildlife category.
Outdoor Photographer magazine seems to always be running at least two contests and sometimes they have pretty good prizes. I was encouraged by getting honorable mention in my first contest so I'm going to enter more in the hopes of winning a good grand prize sometime. |

An Open Call to Find One Extraordinary Artist
This nation-wide open call for ambitious, distinct and provocative
work is open to artists working in all mediums - sculpture,
photography, painting, printmaking, motion graphics, illustration,
installation, industrial design, graphic design, film, video and more.
For this call we are joined by sponsoring organization, Gawker Artists
