Sorry if this has already been asked, but due to my problem I was unable to search for an answer.

Does anyone else have a problem opening new tabs via DPC? When I click an image, the new tab opens, usually the first time... but after that first photo or forum page or something I open and close, the next one sticks. If I try to comment or something, it just says Loading. After the new tab says Loading, it also sticks the main tab for browsing. I can exit the browser, open it again and go right to what I needed (the comment will be there), but after a few clicks, it starts sticking again. It seems to only do this opening new tabs via dpc, browsing within the same tab does not stick. It doesn't do it on ANY other websites. I hope there is a fix for this. Thanks

Using Firefox 2.0.0.15
Windows Vista

edit: I do NOT have this problem in IE. Photos, etc, open in a new window in IE, not a new tab, so it does not stick.

Funny about piclens. I browsed their forum and I didn't see one mention of it screwing anyone's Firefox. Anyone else hear anything about Piclens?

No but I have piclens (like who doesn't) and have none of the issues that a few people have.... everything updated FF3 e.t.c.

I've been having problems with PicLens, Firefox, and DPC too. I have the latest version of PicLens (1.7.0.3458) and Firefox (3.0).

All other websites seem to work normal, but DPC usually completely freezes/takes forever to load after a few clicks or when I open a new tab in DPC. I disabled PicLens, and everything is working normal again.

Piclens screwed DPC up so I had to disable it.

Same experience with Piclens here. No other problems with either FF2 or FF3.

Loved it while I had it but ... the force is not with DPC and Piclens.

BOO HOO! Thats what it was... I disabled PicLens and all problems solved.. I LOVE Piclens, the storyboard effect of images is excellent for viewing massive amounts of photos like in albums or google images. ugh!!

Should we try to get this solved? This is WHY they update add-ons, right? bugs? How would we go about it if we wanted to? or Should D&L handle it?

BTW, Thank You Very Much for solving my problem!

You can go to the tools menu and disable PicLens. Then re-enable it later when not on DPC. DPC is the only site I have any problem with PicLens so I suspect it must be in the code here. I still use PicLens to look at challenge results, I just have to disable it when I'm thru.

Maybe you all should upgrade to a Mac. FF3 & PicLens and no problems.

I have the same problem after the upgrade from FF2 to FF3. operating system Windows Vista(if operating system we can call windows vista). FF3 give me even a lot of problem on windows vista (problems that don't exists on xp) even system lock. on the forum of FF I see that there are other persons that have the same problem with windows vista. no solutions at this time. Please don't suggest to buy a mac, it sufficient that madame microsoft deserve the money that we give it!!!!
