Myself and  mad_brewer have been getting images that will show up on our screen looking like this

The purple should not be in the picture. The thumbnail shows it without the line and purple color on the lower portion of the picture. When I click on the thumbnail to view it in its larger format that is when the color and lines show up.
Why is this happening? Are there other people experiencing the same issue? |

nm...I found it.
It works fine for me.

| It happens on a random basis. If I go back and click on that picture later it will be fine. At first I thought it was just our laptop doing something funny but it is doing it on our desktop computers also. |
