WHITEROOK IS ROCKING THE DPC FREE WORLD

Take a look at these four realms of mastery for the BROWN ribbon master of DPC:

1. NEW CATEGORY OF RATING: before WHITEROOK there was no -%. Last place was always 0% and last place was always last place. Since WHITEROOK came along, DPC has made alterations in awarding last place, recognizing the true genius of this BROWN RIBBON master, who has scored below last place in three challenges, including

âFill the Frameâ challenge on 1/25/07 (-1%; 211 of 209);

âFree Study 2007-02 (617 of 616);

âFree Study 2008-05 (478 of 477).

2. BROWN RIBBON PERCENTAGE: One quarter of challenges (25%) entered have won the BROWN RIBBON for last place (37 of 143 challenges entered). No other DPC photographer is even close this amazing statistic!

3. VOTE DIFFERENTIAL: Average vote cast (AVC: 7.1157) versus Average vote received (AVR: 4.1366), with the differential of 2.9791. I doubt anyone on DPC has a larger AVC versus AVR differential.

4. BROWN RIBBON RUN: last four of five challenges WHITEROOK has walked away with brown ribbons.

Congrats Stephen. We love you!!!

This is what I think. I think that Wr is actually someone very very famous in the Photography world and enters these shots to disguse himself. For some reason,I have always thought that. I either need more gin or less gin and i am not sure which

senoj 8 out of 15 entries brown ribbon. And 6 times second to last. But of course whiterook with 37 browns against her 15 entries is more entitled to the Brown Title.

Met her last week, totally wacko, too busy to photograph. :)

I stand corrected. senoj holds the "Brown Ribbon Percentage" I'm sure, with a truly amazing 53% of challenges entered hitting the DPC Cellar, as Azrifel correctly noticed, 8 of 15 challenges. Come back to us Marilon!

Give Whiterook his due. I bet there are plenty of people who are 1 for 1 with Brown Ribbons, technically 100%. But only whiterook has the longevity and consistency. He is the Master. The only person who even comes close is some fellow named charliebaker.

The guy is certainly a cult icon around here. He's been in my favorites for a few months now.

...Not sure how you got that negative percentage though.

He's also a very good chess player.

I could never understand why she didn't simply enter loads of SP's if her profile pic was anything to go by - I'd have voted : )

Dear Whiterook,

I want you to know that I am still pouting over losing my Crown of Brown to you in the DeSat challenge (please feel free to Self-DQ!!), but also please absolutely count me in among your many fans and I have added you to my favorites list some time ago.

I agree...you do ROCK our world.
