TORONTO, April 29 /CNW/ - Ted Rogers, President and Chief Executive
Officer of Rogers Communications Inc. today issued the following statement:
We're thrilled to announce that we have a deal with Apple to bring the
iPhone to Canada later this year. We can't tell you any more about it right
now, but stay tuned.

Yes, the iPhone is a cool device. Especially after the updates that are coming in June '08.
I'm not completely sold on the way Steve advertised it as a "comunications device" but it really does have some great capabilities!
PS. I use mine all the time!

However, it's about time they added 3G to it. Lack of 3G is the reason I didn't buy the first model.
eta: By the way, I'm in the US, not Canada.

I wonder what it was like 150 years ago to live without a phone. People weren't so lazy back then either

Ha! It's today's lazy folks that don't need smartphones. Us "movers and shakers" definitely need them. :-)

What is so unique about this iphone. IMO it is an overrated and overprices gizmo. It is cool just because it is something Apple i?

At 130 bucks a month Apple and Rogers can stick this where the sun don't shine. And that's the mid-range plan. eheh
I'm already hip, don't need an Apple gadget to make it so. ;\ |
