I've not dealt with the paperwork/office end of health insurance (my wife has done to some degree) but I've dealt with the auto insurance and warranty end of things and IMO health insurance doesn't need to be as complex as it's become. They passed all sorts of HIPA regs to protect medical records and such and then there are laws/policies that one has to violate to get paid! It's all screwed up.
