Wow... I submitted mine and there were like 17. Then I realized it was BASIC, not Advanced, so I pulled it. Guess others did too, because now there's only 11. :)

yeah, basic editing is a drag with Portraits. I did a shoot this weekend that I am really happy with and the post processing that I did on the shots I love, but it's not legal. It makes the versions that are more simply editted look less interesting to me. :(
Have to find some middle compromise before submitting...

Re-edited mine and resubmitted as a Basic entry. I like it. Voters won't. As usual. :)

I'm having the same problem. I have an adorable picture, but using basic editing won't be easy. |

The last portrait challenges (Male and Female) were also basic editing. I entered and did ok, but it is really hard to do portraits without spot editing. Perhaps that's the point. |

I'm submitting as we speak. I think this one will do pretty okay, but I've never been right about such things lol. |

You are now allowed to do some spot editing with Basic rules.

Only to remove DUST or HOT PIXELS.... I'd be very careful with that one.

I am confused. Can a image of a parent & their child will be accepted by voters? |

Hey Tim just remember it is "Portrait of Two" not "Portrait of Too" :-P
ETA: Sorry if someone already made that joke.

So if timfythetoo enters a picture with some 'too's', I would suggest it is DNMC....
