My word!!! I am just plain giving up if Kodak cant fix their software.
I got a new camera kodakDX4530, Have tried to load the software and I keep getting (error 12x17x1603x) I have been on their site to fix the problem downloaded twice (the fix) and I keep getting the same error. I know its probably Kodak, emailed them, no response yet...I guess the question is has anyone gone through the same problem or similar and did it get fixed, or just give up like I want too?

Seems to describe the problem! I see you say that you have been to the Kodak site.
