Flash Page Flip
Anyone use this? I downloaded the Free version...and can't seem to figure it out.
I use dreamweaver to design, and would love to use this....considered buying it but not if I can't even figure out the free one.
Thanks for any help. |

Sorry, Melissa, I've never used it... but it does look cool. If I had time today I'd try the free version. Maybe this weekend.

I guess in dreamweaver on the 'design' view I simply get the 'flash icon'....don't know how to even get this flip page thing started...I thought I had to put the script in the dreamweaver and then name my pages/images....
must be much more than that....
I'm not totally a newbie to Dreamweaver and html code, but this seems to have me stumped. |

It isnt HTML code by the looks of it... i think it works on javascript... take a look at the "Free Version" Online Demo... which is what i just looked at to see what it was... the page about embedding video lists the needed code. That code looks like javascript and should be encased in html tags...

okay, dreamweaver will always display the flash icon when placing the book, it wont show the object until it is uploaded to the web, or shown in preview mode. In design mode, it is only that icon. I havent downloaded the file because I am at work, but will do it in just a bit. I am guessing that the file is written in actionscript though. Perhaps I could have you email me the files you are working with and I will take a quick glance at them on my lunch break (I go home for that), which will be in about 45 minutes. I will help you more then.
My email is in my profile |

Sorry, send the flash file(s) (.fla and .swf files if you have both or either), the dreamweaver files, and the xml files |
