I am working on a photo that I am considering entering into the June free study. I was in the rain while taking this photo and I found that there was a raindrop on the graduated neutral density filter when I took the shot. I have used healing brush to remove the raindrop and the distortion that it created in the picture. Nothing new was created in the shot.
Is this legal under the advanced editing rules? It's hard to determine where the line is drawn here.

however, i can't give you a guarantee without seeing the photo so if you really feel you aren't sure, then please send a ticket to the SC with a copy of the proposed entry and a resized copy of the original for us to compare.
