I Don't Need Another Update
(parody of "We Don't Need Another Hero" performed by Tina Turner)
Out of the camera.
Photoshop and Lightroom.
Won't make the same mistakes this time.
This one will ribbon.
The last one it bombed yeah.
This is the one that's gonna shine.
And I wonder if my rank, is ever gonna change.
Submit another shot, hoping this one it's not lame...
I don't need another update.
I don't need to know my score no.
All I need is just one photo, that doesn't blow.
One more Free Study(tm) ain't gonna kill me.
I've got to try one more time in the fray.
Oh... I'll try Woody and droplets. They always work here.
Puppies and kittens and flowers and deer.
Perhaps it's my gear, and really it's not me.
Yeah maybe that explains why the voters cannot see...
All the DPCers say...
I don't need another update.
I don't need to know my score no.
All I need is just one photo, that doesn't blow.
And what will I do with my week,
While the voting runs down?
Will my entry shine with a blue?
Or end with the brown?
