pictures to my pc :(

every time i connect my camera to my pc i get this message

any suggestions? Ive just got back from NY i want to see my picturesssss :'(

ETA: ive run chkdsk several times lol

Try using the Windows disk scanning tool instead.

Open My Computer (from your desktop or from Windows Explorer), find your C: drive, right-click and choose Properties, go to the Tools tab, and choose Check Now)

Ohhh nothings working :( why does the one thing that stops working have to be the bit that lets me connect my camera :(
