We have had challenges at different times of day.
How about a challenge where you have to take a shot and depict 'high noon'?

A good idea...but only if not shooting in the specified time period is grounds for DQ!

Nah - The image should express the feeling of high noon, meeting a specific time period seems far to restrictive to me.

Further clarification....The harsh shadows, the heat of mid day, a gun fight at the OK corral, you get the idea...

How precise does someone's clock have to be -- five seconds? Five minutes? An hour?

Somewhat less then the 2/4am vs. full daylight thingi a while back... I don't think people would bother 15min either side but in the end people will ignore it if it's not a required - it's not enforcable anyway as you know.

That's fine then, either way works for me...but make it crystal clear up front. On the challenge you 2-4am challenge you just mentioned Bass, and the 2-second exposure challenge had people screaming bloody murder!

Being precise, restrictive or narrowing the topic wasn't my point...I'm sure you remember the uproar on previous similar challenges quite well General!
