Already updated last night. I have a soccer game this afternoon, Warm and bright sunshine. I've not had any issues with mine at all, but lets see if the keeper rate or tracking goes up. I'm likely to roll over 10K tonight and I'm still happy as a kid in a candy store.

I shot some soccer pictures last week that I swear were the best soccer pics I'd ever done. I was nailing things left and right (timing wise, focusing wise). I was astounded by the quality of my images. I'm almost afraid to try the firmware for fear of ruining a good thing......

I havent seen a soccer field since last spring and havent shot anything outside the studio since golf and tennis last week. So was a bit rusty from the beginning. But I was happy with the keeper rate, but I have to get used to the new menu layout.

Very nice! :-)
Well, I had a photo shoot tonight (studio). But after that was done, I went ahead with the firmware update. Gotta say, I *love* the new AF Point Selection. YEAH!!! As for AI Servo performance ... I have a Lacrosse game I'm shooting tomorrow, so I'll get to try it out right away.
