Can someone tell me what it means for a picture in a challenge
has a comment on it ( This shot has been validated by the admin)
Thankyou I didnt find anything about it in rules or furums Had to ask?

It means that the picture was challenged for disqualifications and the admins reviewed the case and validated the picture. In other words, you can't request a DQ anymore.

Or the photographer thought it would be DQ requested and requested an admin review...

... or the photographer requested an admin note so that it would look special and clever! ; )

... or the photographer already had comments saying it looked illegal. From experience, people tend to give low points to shots if they look illegal despite the rules stating that voters should proceed as if the picture was legal, so he/she requested an admin note.
