GREAT pictures, Welland. I think you must have found every pretty girl at the festival! Nice collection.

I have no idea what the hell is going on, but a dude dressed as a wiimote is fine in my book.

People dress up as their favorite; Japanese based cartoon, video game, comic book, etc characters as a way to celebrate the Japanese culture.
