I'm thinking about renting some studio space by the hour , it comes with
Included with studio:
Two light RPS 500 watt/sec kit
Wireless Flash Trigger
Various posing stools and benches
White/Black paper backdrops
Now, my question is about the wireless flash trigger. How does it fire? Do you hook it to the camera in some way? Do you just push a button? I'm pretty clueless about this. I would be doing this for a friend of a friend who would actually be paying for the rental space, she needs some head shots on CD. I'd be doing it for free for the fun of it and experience, plus model release to used possibly for stock (if they turn out great), so don't yell at me for not knowing what I'm doing and possibly screwing it up. ;P |

With the wireless flash trigger I use, the radio transmitter slides onto the camera's flash hotshoe. When the shutter is released, the signal is sent to the receivers, which are attached to the lights. |
