age 30: bought my first house
age 31: engaged
age 32: married
age 33: sold my first house
age 34: bought my second house
age 35: prozac and I'll have our 1st child (a girl) by early June

busy decade so far

Your time-line sounds kinda like my life! But I thought you were saying you were going on prozac due to having your 1st child ;) A grammatically errant interpretation on my part :P

PS: I'm allowed to think that because I'm expecting my 2nd girl in August - these women rule the roost man! Congrats BTW!

But seriously, it's funny because when "dad" walks into the party with the little one, he's merely the bell-boy carrying the baby-bag and stuff ... I love that! You will have a new purpose! (and a new model!)

I've said too much as usual.
