Well it only makes sense since theres been a Deja Vu, and a Brown Ribbon Deja Vu. thoughts?

This would be fun, although I think it would be particularly interesting to do it within Basic Rules to see what can be done without breaking them.
Of course, many DQ's happen simply because people didn't have a proper unaltered file for confirmation (rather than an editing violation), so I might include something like this in the description:
Reproduce a challenge entry that was disqualified for violating the editing rules (not simply for failing to supply the original file)... |
