| I recently bought and installed CS2. The keyboard shortcuts are not working. Do I need to enable the default shortcuts? For example, I am not able to use square brackets for increasing and decreasing brush size. Help please. |

I think there is an option under Preferences for them.

Look under Edit, Keyboard Shortcuts to see the list, modify if needed.
Many times the shortcuts won't work due to the F-Lock on some keyboards being pressed, or caps lock being on, spacebar stuck, etc. |

| Thanks Brad and Judy. When I checked the shortcut value, it was [ and ]. Just to make sure I typed it again, to my surprise it's taking some special character when I press [ or ] and some other keys. This behaviour is only within photoshop. Other applications are responding fine to thoes keys. Time being my problem is fixed, but I don't know what other keys are not working. Thanks for your help. |
