has anyone tries to use the rsizr web-based (add a dot com to the word to find it) program to upsize pictures or to eliminate unwanted stuff from a photo? How do you think it worked?
I tried it on a comic-book picture (as a trial, I like to use small images because I am on a really bad internet connection that takes a million years to upload anything), so I used a scan from a garfield book (really bad scan quality, I think I used 72dpi)
ANyways, I found that the text really distorted if I tried to upsize the image, & the removal of stuff was ok, but you could kind of see where something used to be.
SO I am kind of wondering if anyone has tried it on a photo & what your experience was like.
Is there an alternative for this sort of thing? Photoshop isn't so sophisticated for resizing I thing as it leaves the result pixilated or blurry.
I am interested to know opinions anyways.
