5.3 and I have not flipping clue what to shoot for either challenge... any thoughts or inspiration please feel free to chime in. :)

sunrise/sunset for warm
ice/water for cool
Use a blue or gold gel on your flash to change the colour of the light or shoot in the wrong w/b (but make it look natural)

yeah i wanted to shoot a sunset. But my neighbourhood stinks so I can't go anywhere. I really wish i could use Photomatix, then maybe i could enter something decent.
My score just hit 5.8 :) |

Wander around your house and look at the little things. These would both fit (though not score wonderfully, of course) and were pretty much "found" shots.
 
Beads? Candy? Fishing lures? I was playing with blue and green gummy bears on glass, but my models got eaten :(

Even if it does suck.... it is better than having none of our shots count by not having the required 4 entries. :)
My patterns shot that I thought would go to one extreme or the other is at about 5.46, so it is sucky but not at the extremes like I thought it would be.
My warm colours entry is fairly solid, I am hoping it will top out at a 6, but you just never know here in DPC land.

Ok I've put one it for cool... I've done the best I can... now it's up to the voters (fickle though they be lately)
BTW my intamacy is going to end as a 5.3xxx not to shabby for me (Drastic improvement over last year) but still not great
My cool entry I'm not holding out for more that 4.5

Sorry Canucks, I'm entryless. I got home late and then the wife & I started goofing around racing on the rowing machine. :-(
The good news is, I beat her time-wise. The bad news is, her scores were ranked better than mine when split into the male/female categories.
