As I've surfed the discussion threads, I've noticed that many of us on DPC have had questions concerning what can and can't be photographed such as airports, private citizens, auto accidents and fires (just to name a few). Its difficult to understand where the rights of the photographer end and a violation of privacy and the law begins. After doing a little searching, I found the following web address: //www.krages.com/phoright.htm This website has been constructed to provide answers to questions concerning what photographers can and cannot photograph. The downloadable document is called The Photographer's Rights as researched by attorney Bert Krages. Its really informative and provides a good outline of our rights as photographers. I highly recommend this site.

Good site.
Try opening the "forums" in the Community section, and search the word "Krages" and you will find the rest of the threads containing the link. : )
