I hate them. Im trying to watch "The Fifth Element" DVD on my laptop, but because some genius designed the menu system to be moving (VERY fast) I can't click on anything. All I want to do is play the damn film! It's moving so fast that I can't choose any of the options with the mouse.
Anybody know another way of selecting the menu option? Hitting return at the appropriate moment seems to do nothing. |

Pre-focus ;oP
How about positioning your mouse on a certain spot and wait for the button to find you rather than the other way around. Or attach a real mouse to the laptop for much easier navigation. |

I've tried leaving the mouse at different points that the menu options 'fly over' and clicking, but no luck. Im using a real mouse so speed isn't an issue, it's just that the mouse pointer never gets a chance lol.
Imagine this: Futuristic traffic jams in the air going in all directions, one car speeding down vertically dodging through the gaps with the camera following, and then the menu options fly around at high speed also dodging the gaps between cars. No matter what I try it wont let me click on them!
Damn fancy DVD menus. |

Wow, I've never heard of this particular problem before. I do share a dislike of DVD menus, however. They usually take too long too load and often have unnecessary glimpses of the movie one is about to watch -- sometimes even images containing spoilers. |

Pressing Enter should Start the movie... or you player will have some other keyboard shortcut to start the movie |
