yeh, as you can see by the two I posted, the weather (and my lack of equipment) has made it sooo hard to get a decent shot. |

I haven't forgotten about this - just waiting for the snow to melt, and a little color to return. Alaska will be represented for sure. If you come to a point you cannot wait any longer, let me know and I can submit a photo I have shot previously. |

Not sold on this shot. But I wanted to get something in, just in case I can't get another one before we go ahead.

You forgot Washington DC. Although it's not a state, it's an important part of the country! |

Blue Springs State Park, Florida
Fits the rainy part of Florida very well!
Wanted to get something in, still working on really swampy areas... :)

Beautiful shot. Question though, I thought we were restricted to the other orientation? Let me know if I got this wrong and I put in the wrong orientation. Thanks.

Last I knew it was either, and both, so we could decide which way to go... |

Yes, as of right now both orientations are fine, its better to have some shots in both so that we have more to work with in terms of the poster. I have found in the last few months that I prefer portrait orientation for landscapes, but like I said, having both will be really helpful! |

Ok, sorry for taking so long, but here's one for WI that I took a while ago. Couldn't make time to get out and shoot some new ones.

I'm going to be able to get a few potential shots this weekend. In the last few weeks I've been crazy busy - but I've not forgotten. Arizona will be well represented.

Here is a shot from Oklahoma. It's one of the walls from the OKC bombing memorial. If this isn't Oklahoma enough I can try to get something else that better represents the state. |

I really like this image, but I'm not sure the average person would pick up from looking at it that it represents oklahoma. I think most people are doing more scenic shots of the landscape in their states. |

Its only Oklahoma for those who know what it means. I have absolutely no idea from looking at a number on a wall what it means or stands for. Though, like I said, it prob means a lot to those who know, but to outsiders, its just a number on a wall.

That is kind of what I was thinking. I took a lot of shots the same night, and I was really happy with this one. I thought I might have to take something else, but I wanted to give this one a shot. |
