I am amateur photographer with the mission to put 100000 photographs online, to do 10 group photo exhibitions and 1 solo photo exhibition. Till now I have uploaded 1000 photographs online 99000 to go, done 3 group photo exhibition and 7 to go and 1 solo photo exhibition left to do.
Now I need to do 4th group photo exhibition, so I need your help. I have collected US$ 125 and do to photo exhibition in Nepal we need money around US$ 800 that include 7 days gallery space rental, promotion in print media, photographs print, framing and printing brochures. So I need other 7 or more people to support me with their photographs and finance.
If 7 peoples join together with me for the exhibition than send 25 photographs with US$ 100, but ONLY 20 photographs will be put on exhibition
Or
If 28 peoples join together with me for the exhibition than send 25 photographs with US$ 25, but ONLY 5 to 10 photographs will be put on exhibition.
If your photographs print sales than you get 70% of sales and 30% will be used to make Nepali calendar, as the new Nepali year 2065 Vikram Samat (April 13th 2008) is coming up and also used in some charity work.
At the time of exhibition if you are in Kathmandu than that is fantastic, you can see your photographs on gallery by your own eyes. But if you can not able to make it to Kathmandu than I will post photographs of your photographs being on gallery wall and I will also send you the brochures of the exhibition.
The theme for the exhibition is âanythingâ but if you have been to Nepal than photographs taken in Nepal will be best. But photographs taken in others country beside Nepal will be also exhibited. About the subject matters anything will be best but photographs of bug, flower and studio photographs are not allowed. The photographs taken in natural light will be awesome for the gallery.
The schedule for the exhibition is around last week of April or early week of May.
