I just renewed for my 4th year here.
Without a doubt, I have spent too much time here, too much money on equipment, and can't look at anything without wondering if it could be shoehorned into a challenge. A friend showed my some NSFW shots he had on his blackberry, and my first reaction was regarding the lighting......
I have also improved the quality of my shots (2008 results aside), and am more satisfied with my results. If I ever lose my day job, I may have something to fall back on (yeah, right..).
There have been a lot of posts recently complaining about the site and how it is evolving, as well as a lot of "see ya later" parting shots. I want to express my thanks to the community, and to D&L and the SC for their ongoing management.
Let's keep it rolling. |
