Pretty good if it has an impact but my guess is that there are 10's of thousands of photogs out there who will still give up their image rights just to get published.

Very interesting. It's been one to the thing that has kept me from submitting to several photography contests.

The thing is, in my opinion, legitimate artists that care for their work will ultimately want to protect their work.

If every artist, and not-artist were educated on their rights, less fraud, and more control of one's work would be possible.
