Hey everyone,

I'm doing a project for my high school computer programming class. We have to make an adventure game. What we want is to have the character be able to attack and have the character attack (show the sword swinging, etc...) Does anyone know of any good sites to get code like this from or does anyone know the code themselves and can help me out.

Thanks,
Ryan

I have to write it in vb.net because thats what we are covering in the class, so she wants us to use that rather than C#

Check out codeproject.com, lots of examples there. A starting point (if you're allowed to use the XNA) //www.codeproject.com/KB/game/XNA_in_VB.NET.aspx
