I just renewed my membership, which is a very easy process, but was a little confused at two points. Maybe I just haven't had enough coffee today.
1. After I clicked to renew for a one year term, I was presented with the extra radio-buttons to upgrade my portfolio space. This confused me because I upgraded my portfolio space a long time ago, but not on the same anniversary that I originally bought my membership. I think it would be logical to offer the space option on its anniversary. I feel like I'm losing the months between my membership signup and space upgrade, if you get my drift. It's not an issue with me, as it's such a great value anyway, but did have me hitting the Back button a few times wondering what was going on. I chose the space upgrade just to be safe and continued.
2. After I received the email (copied below) I was feeling as if I were a new signup. I think renewals should be detected and the wording altered to something like, "Slippy, you rock!"
