I'm not sure how many of us have participated in over 100 challenges here, but I'm noticing that on my profile page the first challenges I ever entered are dropping off of my list of entries.
Could that list be expanded so all of 'em show up (my first entry was at the beginning of August, '02 -- there are a few shots that are not on my profile page)? Or perhaps there could be a link to "Page 2" of the challenges?
I noticed this while I was counting up all of my 4th place entries, wishing that there was a ribbon for being #4 :) |

I think some of the challenge listings may have vanished when the DPC-2 site was activated. I think the photos still show up in the portfolio and archived challenges. |

No, all of the challenges still exist in the archives, although there is now a "Page 2," so some of the oldest ones are easy to miss.
Some of my oldest photos simply don't appear in my profile any longer. Specifically:
Something New: "Waiting for a Sunny Day"
Pencil: "Pennsylvania"
Childhood Without Children: "Not Again"
Candid: "Selling Lollipops to Survive"
Fruits & Vegetables: "Twisted Granny Apple"
Negative Space: "The Smithfield Street Bridge"
Some of those early shots were ones I spent the most time thinking about as I joined the site -- I wish they were back in my profile! |

PS -- These older challenges do appear on profiles for other people... it looks like there's a limit to the number of challenges that will appear on a profile (100?) |

They better raise that limit to 600 or something.
I'd suggest sending a note directly to the admins, maybe with a link to this thread. Otherwise, they might not notice it for quite a while.
PS: "Pencilvania" was one of my favorites -- too bad so many people were so geographically-challenged as to miss the joke.

I hadn't noticed until this thread that my shots from "Stop Action" (or something like that) until the challenge just before games is gone. I have entered 100 challenges (it says). Hmmmm, a few more, and my notorious "black" ribbon winner will be gone. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? :-)
