I have previously posted about Pantone's Huey calibration hardware/software. This is a brilliantly simple device which calibrates your monitor, coupled with brilliantly simple software which keeps your monitor in synch with ambiant room light as it changes.
My Huey device recently failed. I contacted pantone and they are replacing it, no charge, no questions asked, even though I've owned it for a couple of years. This is a great product, offered and supported by a great company.
For the record, I have no relationship with the company other than as a paying customer.

Whew! thats great to hear. I just order my Huey Pro and I am waiting to receive it.
