It has probably been done before, but maybe it is time for a challenge showing people going about their work in a candid way. Nothing posed, just everyday life of people doing what they do for a living?

/grumble Then we'll get comments about snapshots... we always do on candids... some voters seem to think that if a shot isn't formally posed it's a 3minus. /offgrumble

It could be titled Snapshots at Work -- "Capture a snapshot of someone working at their job, preferably without their knowledge."
People who are strict literalists -- usually the toughest voters IMO -- would then have to grade it on how much it does look like a snap .... |
