make sure the the on switch is all the way up, there is a halfway point that prevents you from moving the exposure compensation, that is probably yout iisue. trevor~

Darn it! He's right.... thanks!!!

It takes a couple of clicks to move it...was only doing one....duh....user error...:(

EDIT:

For anyone else as dumb as me:

- cam has to be in Av or Tv mode I thnk (not in P)
- back switch has to be fully up/manual mode
- spin that back dial more than just one click!
