AF-S Micro Nikkor 60mm f/2.8G ED
Nice looking macro lens. They mention that the minimum focus distance is 0.6 feet (7.2 inches). Is that from the front lens element or from the sensor? I don't recall

It looks like a very nice lens, and it will be available soon! Thanks for sharing the news.
I'm trying to figure the USD ($) cost based on the DPReview press release.
They say "テつ」359.99 / テ「つャ538.00" -- that's GBP and EUR, correct?*
So the U.S. cost should be somewhere between:
$699.00 (based on テつ」359.99)
$792.00 (based on テ「つャ538.00)
*Btw, テつ」359.99 (GBP) = テ「つャ475.10 (EUR), not テ「つャ538.00 (EUR). I wonder why the discrepancy?

| The current non-AFS version of this lens is one of Nikon's standouts and lists at B&H fro something like $370. I suppose the upgraded version will be a couple of hundred more. |

That's from the AF sensor plane. |
