| I only watched a few minutes of it and was actually a bit bored. The car is gorgeous .. but I love my Z28 convertible more ;) |

I caught the end of it along with a cool Ford commercial.

| I didn't know the whole jest of the new series and it took me a long time to realize it was technically a continuation of the old series (which I don't know how ended). The car was awesome (love that self healing glass and ability to change appearance) but not sure I like the voice. I saw on the opening credits that David Hasselhoff was supposed to be a special guest star but I must have dozed off at that time, my wife thinks he is the voice of the car (I don't). I might try and chatch it again to see if it gets better or not. |

You noticed correctly. The person originally slated to do the voice was forced to back out because he does voice-over work under contract for GMC. Val Kilmer took his place.

FYI the guy that did the voice for KITT on the original Knight Rider (William Daniels)is also the same guy that plays George Feeny on Boy meets world.
Just to put a name with a face ya know.
