I did a search and looked through several threads but didn't find an answer. Here is the problem. I recently installed new Hard drives, so I had to reinstall everything. I did however, keep my adobe program folder so I have all my brushes and things. However, my actions are no where to be found. I want to figure out how to get my actions so I can load them into the system again (which I know how to do).
Granted, it may just be worth the trouble to recreate the actions, but, it kinda bothers me that they are MIA. So if anyone knows where I can find them I would be most appreciative. (p.s. I do have full access to the old drive and so once I rebuild that computer I suppose it would be easiest to just export the actions?)

Before changing any hardware, always burn a copy of your presets and stuff to a disc...just in case. I know that won't help you now...but that is something I have learnt from experience.

Thanks Judi, though I didn't burn to disk, I did drop it onto an external hd, just don't understand why it didn't come with?
Bumping... 6-;

| since you still have the old hard drive you could just put it in as a slave so you have instant access to it or even buy one of those external hard drive enclosure kit (compusa) and use it connected to the USB. Just some ideas...hope it helps. |

| actions do not have to reside in a particular folder. they just might have been in a place that you didn't bring over when you took the adobe folder. since you can access the old drive, just do a search on atn files and you should find them. |

Thanks for the advice, I have searched and found not a bit. However, I did get my other computer back up and running, opening up cs2 and loll and behold I never 'SAVED' the actions, it was just there. So saved it, and I need to find my jump now so I can bring it over L()L Now how silly is that? L()L
Problem solved.
Otherwise, if I did save it I most likely would have been in the actions folder like it was supposed to be hahahaa. Silly me.
