I bought some of this stuff to clean out my keyboard. On the can, it says it's also used for photo/video and it also says moisture free.
I know others have said not to use canned air on your sensor, but given what's written on the can, would this be safe to clean the sensor of my 20D? |

No... for one it's way to forceful and could damage your shutter. Secondly, and I can'r confirm this, but it does spray a bit of residue. I have had it spray moisture onto my computer keyboard also.
Get a hurricane blower... it has all the air pressure you need.

| I figured that's what the answer would be, but I didn't know if they came out with a "safe" canned air and I just didn't know about it. Still didn't want to try before I check with someone here. Thanks for the info :) |

FWIW, I still use it for general dusting of my camera. Just not inside it.

| What about lenses? would the moisture mess with the UV filter? |
