My 16 year old niece (Ashley) just got her driver's license. I have this scanned photo of her when she was 3. I want to make her a greeting card saying congrats on getting your license but I want to say something cute. Any ideas?

Just some random thoughts to get the ideas started.
"Yes officer, I AM old enough to drive..."
"Watch out world...I've got plastic bumpers and I'm not afraid to use them!"
"It's not the car...It's how you look in the car!" |

Watch out, ! Look who just got her license.
Alternatives for the second phrase are
Look who's licensed to drive
I've got my license now
I'm legal behind the wheel
Another suggestion (some may not find it funny), make it look like a spy ID for 0016, Licensed to Drive (play on 007 Licensed to Kill)
Also a couple of my fav bumper stickers (and you could look though a bumper sticker website for ideas, too):
As a matter of fact, I DO own the road.
If you don't like the way I drive, stay off the sidewalk.
