Congrats to the Giants (GiNats). Who woulda thunk it? Just like the Pats knocking off the Rams 7 years ago. What a game, History made! |

Congrats NY Giants.
As a Brit I found most of the game extremely boring with way too many long breaks, but the last quarter was pretty exciting when me and my housemate adopted a team each! He thought he had it won with the 18-0 Patriots :P

What you witnessed was the best of American Football - excellent defense, tenacity, and close fought battle won in the trenches (the offensive and defensive lines). That was anything but boring to a football fan.Originally posted by Konador: Congrats NY Giant.

I guess I just wanted to see a lot of touch downs. To the uneducated like me it seemed like nothing happened for most of the game

There's plenty of scoring, but you only get 1 point each time rather than 7 :P

1-0 finals in world cup games doesn't sound like much scoring...

Wow, congrats to the NYG! As a lifelong Buffalo resident and Bills fan, I didn't really have much to care about in this game, but good job by the Giants for making this a good game, and coming off with a win! Well done. |

As a fan of the Rams, who seven years ago went into a superbowl as a huge favorite over a team they already beat earlier that year, the Pats, and lost to them, I have to say I cannot be happier right now. I know that sounds like sour grapes but I take some pleasure in knowing that all the NE fans now know the pain that I went through at the hands of their team. Going into a game just knowing that you are going to win and then get smacked in the face with the reality that you lost, hurts don't it. Congrats to the Giants and their fans I cannot thank you enough right now! Your Sore loser, Trevor~ |

That last minute (on the clock) was pretty exciting. Excellent way to end the Super Bowl. |
