Well this might be just me not having enough experience with lightroom meanwhile.

I'm very use to RSPremium and in it this was quite easy. I simply alter the sharpness in one image, then copy the desired changes, select all images and paste the changes. I can't figure it out how to do this as siply in Lightroom.

I'm starting to experience with Lightroom because I'm waitting for a D300 and it woun't be recognised by RSP. But is there any other Raw converter that I must take a serious look in to it?

Under the develop module, on the bottom of the right panel, there is a button that says "Sync..."

You can use that to sync exposure, WB, curves, sharpness etc across many photos.
