Muahahaha... I love Vancouver. 10cm of snow and the city grinds to a halt!

Now, what kind of trouble can I get into today?

All kinds, The sky is the limit. If the city is really snowbound. Holding up a Bank may be an option,

The fun really begins when the sun goes down and the snowboards come out... the city is transformed into one big terrain park!

A measly 10cm (4in) and the city stops?! People here drive 80mph on the freeway through 4in of snow without a problem. Schools are open until there's like 3 feet of snowfall. Sounds like I need to move...

Yeah, but this isn't nice, dry, fluffy powder. It's 10cm + of pure west coast slop, which is way harder to drive through.

Vancouver isnt actually too bad, as its relatively flat in the city. Its the 'burbs, where everything is hilly, that get nasty...

This is the current conditions here in Milwaukee... Now I'm hoping for a snow day. Supposed to have windchills in the -25F range tomorrow.

Come on! Complaining about weather is exclusive to Canadians!

It was -45 windchill (-50 F) in Calgary yesterday morning.
