I just rec'd the fastest answer/response EVER from an online vendor.
Recently purchased a Tiffen 86mm Cir Polarizer filter and I wanted to confirm if the front threads were coarse type like the back...used their 'Contact Us' form, and it was literally just a few minutes and I had an informative, personal answer. Wow!
Anyway, it's always easy to complain about poor service, but exceptional service is sometimes glossed over. So, hats off to Tiffen. :-)

They are fast because less people contacting them because it is a quality product. Either way it is a good thing. I hate crappy customer service on all levels.
