The closed caption version is here. Very inspirational and well worth the 2 hours to view it.
I did some follow-up searching on his Alice project and downloaded the middle school version for my daughter. The Alice downloads are available here. My daughter spend most of the afternoon on the program, which teaches her the basic structure of computer programing with a fun - story telling methodology.
