Newish software that exploits a relatively new proportional resizing algorithm (many of you will have seen the YouTube video that was popular at the end of last year) available freeeeeeee....and the results are definitely interesting and worth having a play.
The SC might want to have a play with it and set a ruling forbidding its use in Basic (or Advanced, or altogether).

| I remember this thing. Freaky the way it works. Taking lines of pixels out of an image. Crazy stuff. |

It's more of a visual/interactive thing. You can see images of the results on the link posted, but to see it in action is trippy.
What it does is resizes/reorganizes an image based on the size of the surrounding frame. It decides what to take out based on algorithms an it'll take out full or partial lines to keep features it deems important, quite correctly too. |
