Description: Low contrast scenes are those that have a small dynamic range. Often, they can appear flat. Your goal is to produce a low contrast image while avoiding a boring image.

I think this is a really good idea! I'm somewhat of a contrast junkie, so this would certainly be an opportunity to try a different style.

Hmm, this strikes me as a major risk for monitor-calibration complaints. Imagine some of the comments - "All I can see is black", "You should enter a picture.", etc. Nah, give it a skip.

Well, yeah... it could be risky for highkey or lowkey images, but you could do low contrast in the middle of the scale and be pretty safe.

I wonder if the powers that be could have a histogram next to every photo... flattest line wins.
