Okay, you know those collapsable reflector kits, that fold up and fit in a nice tidy pouch? I know I've seen folks on here talk about them. Anyways, I got one. Opened it up, and checked it out. It's pretty cool. But now, I'm a total maroon, and can't get the silly thing folded back up and in the pouch. Anyone here have advice/tips on how exactly to fold the contraption back up? :-)

...yes, I'm an idiot, and this is not the first time I"ve admitted it!

Left hand on left, right hand on right, twist in opposite direction should do it.

New camera? Bought the reflector from Best Buy?

Twist to number 8 and see what happens. Kind of hard to explain.

no new camera. Yes, from BB. Figured it's worth checking out for 20 bucks :-)
(wish it came with folding instructions though! :-)

Story behind the camera. I've had it for a little while now (since about May), just recently got around to changing it in my prefs to show. Actually it is not mine. The cam and lenses that I have listed belong to my nephew (my uber-cool nephew, I'll add). He loaned me his gear to shoot a wedding for my friend this summer. At the time, I gave him my Kodak to use for the time I had his. Well, he's familiar with the stuff I've done, and told me that he rarely touched his cam anymore except for taking some shots of the family, and trips and stuff. He and his wife say they really like the ease of my Kodak for what they do, and I'm getting way more use out of the Nikon than he did, and to just keep shooting with it, and they'd keep using the Kodak, and he'd let me know if he had something come up that he actually needs the good gear for.

LIke I said, he is my UBER-KewL nephew! :-) (check out that list of lenses), plus a Lowepro day bag and backpack, and Bogen-Manfrotto tripod and head! oh, and a Quicktrax Flashdrive/Viewer, a light meter and various filters.
For Christmas, I gave him a custom framed 16x20 print of this shot of mine that he really likes.

Hand it off to a child and tell them to figure it out. I can get it 100% of the time, just takes me a few tries some times...LOL
