wow that snow is even worse now.... can hardly see anything

I'll just head things off at the pass and say I was wrong on nearly everything. Except I said I thought GB would win.

I'll blame the snow. ;)

Don't rub it in.

Karma, running stats???
01/12/2008 06:50:28 PM · #56
Another impressive run by Ryan Grant. Whoever made the comparison to Tomlinson was wrong. He's better.

That's alright Doc. We'll be graceful winners.

At least until Bugzter arrives.

Grant - 20 carries for 167 yards, 2 TDs

Favre 18 for 22, 173 yards and 3 TDs. That's an 81% completion rate!

right before the half you missed an awesome play by Farve which he should have been sacked on the 3rd down but somehow he came out of it and got a 1st down which led to a touchdown.

lets got PACKERS!!!

This is a GRANT and FARVE game!!!

Thanks DP, I saw it from the kitchen. The new 42" plasma is performing well, but wasn't designed for snow.

Thanks Yank, I thing Grant just added a few more yards and another TD while I was typing!
Woot!

Hasselback -- completed 17 out of 25 for 162 yards
Favre (da man) -- completed 18 out of 22 for 173 yards.

Hmm, not much difference there.

Let's look on the ground

Three different Seattle "rushers" for 11 yards. ouch.
Brandon Jackson, for the Packers has rushed 16. Throw into the "equation" Mr. Ryan Grant, who has rushed for (are you reading this, Doc?) 169 yards and I think I can see where the game is being won.

Oh, and don't discount Mr. Crosby. All those extra points are lovely.

SUPPER??? do what I did!! Order Pizza! :)

201 yards for Grant. I'm not sure what's more impressive, the 200 yards or the fact that it came after he put his team in a 14-0 hole with those early fumbles.

Man, great game for Favre. Let's see who he's meeting next week, Giants or Cowboys.

I didn't really think of it until this game was in the books, but now I'm really cheering for the Giants to beat the Cowboys tomorrow. I'm much rather have the Pack back at home for the NFC title game.

*ahem*

Go Giants? (sounds weird when I say it out loud)

Hey, I'm a Seattle fan but we never stood a chance. I'm not even sure why we made the playoffs. We have had zero running game all year. You are not going anywhere without it. Look at the balanced attack Farve had going for him.

Kind of embarassing when they spot you 14 and you still get your butt kicked. Go Pacs.

I had to leave room when the game at 14-0. I couldn't take it. I was happily surprized when I returned and it was 35-20 and lots of snow!
Go Packers!!!!

Damn Damn Damn. I didn't know this thread existed until just a few minutes ago. I was sitting in the other thread all day and night wondering where the hell everyone was.

How about those Packers? They sure looked like they could go the distance today. Coming back from 14 point debt so early in the game and then teeing off on those guys, Woooo... Atari Bigby is going to be known as the Big B in my book from now on. And I think Ryan Grant is on the brink of a big contract offer.

I will go easy on you Dr Achoo. Because you were right about that one thing and because it is the only thing that matters to me. I will say this, Good Game!

So anyone think Holmgren is going to move on, either retire or perhaps take over an open office job like the Tuna. I think his tank has run dry. He of anyone should be able to figure out a way to at least slow Favre down. He couldn't even do that today. Might be time for a change.
